LLM HW Picker helps you choose hardware for running open-weight LLMs locally. Unlike pure calculators, we plan to publish benchmarks measured on our own machines (an RX 6950 XT desktop and a Ryzen AI mini-PC), and later, live used-GPU prices.

We never publish made-up numbers. Estimates are labeled as estimates, the formulas are on the methodology page, and measured results appear only after we have run them.
